Moving

This is my last week in San Luis, so I'm getting a massage today, working a ton and finishing up classes. I'll have Thursday and Friday to pack and if I get my Saturday off work I think I might head to Sephora to get dolled up then hit the road. Since our place will be furnished I'll leave a lot of the bigger stuff home and focus on my bike, record player, vinyl, movies, clothes and computer to take up to the city - you know, the essentials.

I guess I'm planning on taking my car up with me, but I want to sell it as soon as possible. Since I have to come back for Matiana's bridal party and wedding and what not, I think it's probably a good idea to keep it handy before school starts and while I'll be coming up and down between here and San Francisco if I forget anything.

I'll be working at a coffee shop a few miles from downtown called "Tully's" and I'm training the week I move in. I'm hoping that helps me get a head start on saving some money for school seeing as I qualify for very little aid.

I'm also excited to move in with my boyfriend Eduardo who I've been dating for over a year now. Before that we had been friends for a year, so we've known each other for some time. This will be radically different going from long distance straight to moving in with each other, but we knew we could get along before we started this relationship and honestly, I never thought I would ever consider moving in with a boyfriend until I met him.

I'll have to post drawings and paintings as I make them over the course of the year :)
